 Kenneth M. Reiss, GRI, is president of United Metro Properties and serves as its designated Real Estate Broker. All management accounts are under Ken's personal supervision. His commitment is to help property owners like you achieve their financial goals. Ken began his career in real estate in 1977. After brief stays in California and Washington, he moved to Phoenix in1980. During the 1980's Ken specialized in the sales, leasing and management of commercial and multi-family properties.
In July 1991, Ken founded United Metro Properties. Within just one year, Ken's fledgling company was managing 300 Arizona properties. Today that number has grown to over 400, and it keeps climbing. It includes a wide range of properties, from single family homes, townhouses and condominiums to select multi-family properties.
Ken is a graduate of the Realtors Institute and his distinguished memberships include the National Association of Realtors, along with both the residential and commercial divisions of the Phoenix Association of Realtors. Ken and United Metro Properties are qualified and registered as a Real Estate Broker for the Veterans Administration and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
